Manage your email preferences

We send two kinds of email: account emails you can't turn off, and optional updates you control.

Emails you can turn off

• Product updates — new tools and big improvements.
• Tips & tutorials — how-tos for getting more out of the tools.

To change them: log in to the portal, open Settings, and flip the toggles under Email. Changes take effect immediately.

Unsubscribe from an email

Every optional email we send has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no login needed, and you're off that list. Changed your mind later? Turn it back on in Settings.

Emails you can't turn off

Verification emails, password resets, security alerts, and billing receipts keep your account working, so there's no toggle for those. If you don't want any email from us at all, deleting your account stops everything.
