I can't log in
Login problems are almost always one of a handful of causes, and most take under two minutes to fix. Work through these in order.
Password not working
First, double-check the basics: caps lock, and whether your browser is autofilling an old password. If it still fails, use Forgot password on the login page to set a new one — this resolves the vast majority of "wrong password" cases, including passwords corrupted by a paste gone wrong.
I signed up with Google
If you created your account with the Google button, there is no password to type — clicking Sign in with Google is the login. Typing your email and a guessed password will always fail. If the Google button gives an error, make sure popups aren't blocked for the portal, then try again.
Account not verified yet
New email signups must click the verification link before the first login works. No link in your inbox? Check spam, then use the resend option on the login page. Links expire after 24 hours.
Still stuck
- Try an incognito/private window — this rules out bad cookies and extensions in one shot.
- Try a different browser or your phone. If it works there, the problem is local to the first browser: clear its cookies for the portal and try again.
- Check that you're on the real portal address and not a lookalike or an old bookmark.
Good to know
- After several failed attempts we may briefly rate-limit logins from your IP. Wait 10 minutes and try once, carefully.
- Password managers sometimes save the password from the signup form before you finished typing it — check what's actually stored.
- We will never ask for your password by email or lock you out for contacting support. If you're locked out, the report form is the way back in.
- Using a VPN or corporate network? Some aggressively filter authentication traffic. Try without it once to isolate the cause.
